Recipe
20ml Grand Marnier
30ml blood orange juice
90ml chilled Champagne
Glass: Coupette of Champagne glass
Garnish: with a rim of sugar with grenadine
Method: Pour the blood orange juice and the Grand Marnier into glass and top up with Champagne
20ml 柑曼怡香橙干邑甜酒
30ml 血橙汁
90ml 冰镇香槟
将血橙汁和柑曼怡倒入大圆形法佩香槟杯
加入冰镇香槟至杯满
用沾满石榴糖浆的糖粒装饰杯缘

40ml Grand Marnier
12ml Belvedere
25ml mixed berry fruit puree
5ml strawberry syrup
80ml Beijing Jasmine tea
Glass: Long elegant tall glass
Garnish: 3 white orchid flower
Method: Shake added ingredients and strain over ice in a tall glass and garnish with flowers
40ml 柑曼怡香橙干邑甜酒
12ml 雪树伏特加
15ml 混合浆果果溶
5ml 草莓糖浆
80ml 茉莉花茶
将上述原料在装满冰块的调酒壶中摇匀
过滤至装满冰块的长杯里
用兰花装点

50ml Grand Marnier
1 slice of fresh ginger
1 wedge of orange
lime
Glass: High ball
Garnish: Lime garnish with a spring of mint
Method: Ground first the ginger then muddle lime &orange wedges; add Grand Marnier. Shake vigorously &double strain into high ball glass over ice. Top up with ginger ale
50ml 柑曼怡香橙干邑甜酒
生姜,橙各一瓣;半个柠檬
